Job Description:

8+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering
Must have CRO domain knowledge
Strong proficiency in SQL
Hands on experience building with Power BI or similar BI tools
Strong understanding of data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) and data architecture
Proficiency in hypothesis testing and data quality analysis
Hands on experience converting business rules into KPI/metrics using SQL and Python
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture roles
Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited context

Nice-to-Have Skills

Understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and feature pipelines
Proficiency in data governance, lineage, metadata management, parameterization, and versioning
Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, ISO) and validation requirements
Experience working in Agile delivery environment
